Bio-Sys is the manufacturer of these products. Bio-Sys specializes in microbial products and cleaners and nothing more. Their primary market is in the very large industrials such as Ford Motors, Coke Cola, and others. Paragon has the marketing rights to the pest control market where we attempt to market the products to the PMP (thru distribution) and they in turn sell to the end user such as restaurants, hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, schools etc.

The Bio-Sys approach to controlling fruit flies and other phorids is like most other products of this type. By eliminating harborage. But, here is where MRT 2000 is different. This product contains a premium surfactant (soap) that not only cuts grease but also keeps the floor surface from becoming slippery. It has proven to reduce "slip falls" by greater than 50% and that is very important to facility owners and managers. MRT 2000 also saves the facility money because it eliminates the need for other floor cleaners or drain products.

What PMPs sometimes fail to recognize is that the products the facility uses to clean the floors contain chemicals that kill the microbes such as bleach and caustic chemicals. We stress that the facility use nothing else to clean their floors or pour down their drains except MRT 2000. This will clean their floors and continue to work on any grease left behind and by pouring the mop water down their drains will keep drains clean, prevent harborage for phorids and reduce buildup of grease in grease traps. It will also keep their mops and brooms clean further reducing harborage and making them last longer.
